Jimmy John's is a Christian company. They have Christian slogans on some of the tshirts they give out to workers as uniforms.

I worked at one for a couple months. My experience with the company was pretty good. The sandwiches aren't bad, but they're not great either.

Jimmy does not mean underwear. Jimmies is a slang for underwear, but Jimmy is a nickname for James or Jim.
Fun fact: my name isn't actually Perry lol, and it also doesn't mean underwear.
