No. Havana Syndrome is a bullshit, made up narrative. It is being used to push hatred for Russia and was used not to long ago to push "Russian election interference" bullshit. The people who claim to be affected are proven liars and not one single case of Havana Syndrome has been substantiated. USG employees have had their claims denied.
