As a therapist, I used to be 100% against ALL chiropractic practices and I have been very vocal about that in the past. I have actually seen multiple people left paralyzed and injured, however I am beginning to see that it's not so black and white. Sometimes they are able to allow a person in extreme pain to begin to perform exercise that will alleviate the root of the issue.
The chiropractors that want people to return over and over again for adjustments and never address the root problems are the quacks/jews of the profession. In my area, chiropractors were one of the only healthcare adjacent fields to push back against the Coof nonsense.

That's one of a great many problems in our medical industry. Quack docs vs docs that actually want to help people. I bet getting rid of jews would help alleviate many of those problems.
