The Hunter Biden conviction is unconstitutional and fucking stupid

submitted by HeyJames to whatever 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 12:48:06 ago (+46/-2)     (whatever)

You shouldn't have to violate the 5th amendment and self incriminate yourself when buying a gun.

Nothing in the 2nd amendment says "Nobody with substance abuse problems can buy a gun."

Nothing in the 5th amendment says "it's okay for the government to ask you to tattle on yourself if it's to exercise another right."

Hunter Biden is a piece of shit and should be convicted for his and his fathers talmudic corruption, but this case is a clear violation of civil rights and sets a bad precedent.

Edit: I'm pleasantly surprised to see everyone agree. Government overreach is bad even against people we don't like i.e. Bush era patriot act etc.

The book The Occult Technologies of Power describes this sort of sacrificial lamb; used to throw to the masses as a way to placate them from their frothing rage. It is a paltry gesture designed to red herring the angry population and means very little. The power "elite" ravage the population and right before the powder keg goes up, they throw out a low level pawn for the masses to focus on. Weinstein and Epstein were other examples of this smoke-bomb bullshit. Right before shit got ugly with the corruption schemes, they give up a small token and then redirect their energy.

i like this.

I'll have to look into this. Reminds me of secret sun blog, even though he painstakingly tries to avoid naming the jew besides usual players like the Rothschild's

[ - ] stillmostlyfriendly 15 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 13:43:14 ago (+15/-0)

This is part of the ongoing Washington corruption. It's a solid move for a bunch of corrupt fucks at the DOJ/FBI:

- They convict Hunter of a fake crime that people generally won't understand or care about.
- They stay away from anything really scandalous (like being a pedo and child molester) or what really matters (like being a bag man for an international crime family.)

His sentencing will be delayed and he will get a pardon at the last minute by daddy dear. They won't link old Joe to Hunter's crimes with just a gun charge.

But, the left media can say "See, no one is above the law." ... all while they continue to run Trump through their kangaroo court.

[ - ] SteppingRazor 2 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 16:51:38 ago (+2/-0)

Or it will go to appeals and that court will say it is unconstitutional, which sets precedent to remove it from every application

[ - ] bonghits4jeebus 0 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 21:31:00 ago (+0/-0)

That would be going against precedent.

[ - ] Not_C 10 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 15:03:39 ago (+10/-0)

To get people to settle down, they need to say that Hunter Biden is facing charges.

They are making sure that the charges he faces are the ones they choose, to distract everyone from the charges they really don't want him to face.

[ - ] Cantaloupe 7 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 15:26:34 ago (+7/-0)

It seems to be just a distraction from the shitty economy and issues with mass legal immigration.

They should follow the law and stop with all the political bullshit.

Dems only stop fucking each other in the ass just long enough to stab each other in the back. It is the party of murderous faggots.

[ - ] x0x7 4 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 18:06:31 ago (+4/-0)

Several circuit courts are already agreeing with you. It is already considered unconstitutional to tie drug use to the right to possess a firearm, before having even been convicted of the first, in parts of the country. We are waiting for the supreme court to take it up to make it universally unconstitutional.

And within two circuit courts it is recently considered unconstitutional even after a conviction. This is brand new case law. But the 9th and the 3rd circuit court are already admitting that the broad felon exclusion to the 2nd amendment is bullshit.

Hunter has a decent shot at appeal seeing as many other cases like his have won on appeal and it's the current trend in case law since Bruen become the new 2nd Amendment standard. Basically Bruen should upend almost all gun control. But they are piecemeal applying that determination to each individual law. So everyone is winning appeals left and right if they bother to bring them.

The question is if Hunter seeks an appeal which side will the media take?

The jewdicial system is a joke to begin with, and has been, for quite some time now. Rule of law has been dead for just as long. The simple fact that "hate crime charges" exist, and are only applied to Whites to "punish" th for being White, is the most obvious, and recent, example of the fake "justice" system. Niggers being allowed to get away with every crime imaginable, is also a stark reminder of the dead "justice" system and its kike judges.

[ - ] big_fat_dangus 4 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 13:39:47 ago (+4/-0)

Ironically, Trump just said basically the same in his statement.

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 4 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 13:07:42 ago (+4/-0)

Naturally, the verdict comes out on the same day as Trump's sentencing.

Hunter's attorneys must have sucked. I don't know how hard they pursued it, if at all, but I believe FPC or GOA and/or other organizations alluded to being willing to represent Hunter for this case.

Did they even use the Bruen ruling in his defense? Bruen should be sufficient grounds for repealing the NFA & GCA (and abolishing the ATF).

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 17:23:29 ago (+3/-0)

i completely understand your point of view

[ - ] PoundOfFlesh 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 16:56:58 ago (+3/-0)

Crackhead Hunter's conviction is an appeasement.

He, like the rest of the rotten establishment and their families, are never punished for their most heinous crimes. They get slaps on the wrist for lesser crimes. It's how the kikes maintain an aura of "justice for all".

[ - ] Special_Prosecutor 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 14:41:51 ago (+3/-0)

The ONLY reason this happened is because team Obama wants Joe Biden off the ticket.

You're right about 2A, but the conviction is valid because Hunter endorsed gov policy when he filled out the purchase form. The larger issue is that the natural right to life (9A) and associated right to self defense is not recognized by the state.

Don't get your panties in a wad bro, old hunter won't see a day in jail. This is all theater.

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz 1 point 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 17:24:44 ago (+1/-0)

100 hrs of community service at a drug rehabilitation program top of all the keks

[ - ] Indoctrinated_USA 2 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 16:30:37 ago (+2/-0)

Agree.
But we do not live in a Constitutional Republic any longer.
Hunter is a sacrificial offering for the masses.
I do not believe daddy will pardon him.

[ - ] dass 2 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 15:53:02 ago (+2/-0)

Nah, a raging drug addict that is also drunk during most of his sex selfies is not someone of Good character. Fck him and his nigger tier lifestyle.

[ - ] Indoctrinated_USA 0 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 22:10:58 ago (+0/-0)

But there is no law prohibiting an addict from owning a firearm and that is the salient consideration.

[ - ] dass 0 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 23:33:32 ago (+0/-0)

Maybe true, although lying on the form is.
Ergo - clown world is such that declaring he was not clean and sober at the time of filing would have meant 'no case, your honor!!'.

[ - ] CoronaHoax 2 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 15:44:58 ago (+2/-0)

Yup exactly! My exact take on it else where! My explicit response elsewhere is the law should be repealed period nothing else.

[ - ] Deplorablepoetry 2 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 14:38:52 ago (+2/-0)

Can you imagine crackhead bagman ‘little Joe’ being imprisoned? Ya, didn’t think so.

Show would be entertaining if the plot line were not so absurd.

The notion that the United States of kikes has a functional justice system is laughably depressing.

I totally agree with you HeyJames.

[ - ] deleteme123 1 point 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 16:46:12 ago (+1/-0)

Plot twist: SCOTUS repeals it. Gun rights are strengthened. Hunter is eventually convicted of something else.

[ - ] Anus_Expander 0 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 20:29:21 ago (+0/-0)

Equal protection under the law. He is a degenerate, but should be allowed to own a gun.

[ - ] AugustineOfHippo2 0 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 12:50:12 ago (+1/-1)

I thought he was barred from owning a gun due to some other legal trouble he had? Hasn't he had a felony conviction for drugs or something like that?

[ - ] AugustineOfHippo2 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 12:58:05 ago (+4/-1)

No, looks like he made false statements on the background check.

he knowingly possessed the gun while addicted to drugs and made false statements on the purchase form.

I think the drug addict claim isn't illegal, just used to take attention away from the real crime of lying on the forms. It sounds better (and more forgivable) that he was an addict rather than falsifying gubmint documents.

Why did you just reply to yourself ?/.
Did you forget to change alts?.

[ - ] deleteme123 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 16:42:45 ago (+3/-0)

Good catch.

Edit: although sometimes that's easier than editing one's previous post with additional info.

[ - ] dass 3 points 10 monthsJun 11, 2024 17:27:30 ago (+3/-0)

Hmmm, that just seems so weird to me.
Editing my original comment just seems so much more logical and so much easier than making an entire post as a reply, imo. Plus the way he actually answered himself first rather than simply add the info as a comment is weird af , not buying it.

I have no alts.
I just thought it was a way to respond to my own questions and make it understandable to others.

Well ok then sure, but lemme tell ya pal, it comes across as completely convoluted and utterly schizo and i don't like it.
So please for the love of god Don't ever do again, ya hear me. Thanks in advance.

Take care.

OP - this is a stupid take.
Do you wanna put guns in the hands of unstable alcoholic crackheads?
