No way has the population of niggers been stuck at 13% for 30+ years

It's always the same number, and the number is bullshit. Im sure the number of niggers in the US is way higher than 13%

Over the last 30 years, the nigger population has increased 30%.
Which is 31 million more niggers.

The US population increased 30% over the last 30 years.
The nigger population increased 30%.
So the percentage of nigger compared to the total population stayed the same.

Meanwhile the White population has dropped from 72% to 52%.
The White population has went up 11 million, but down 20% compared to the total population.

they're just more visible. niggers used to all live in those nice liberal coastal cities. as the shitlibs gentrified the cities they moved into the previously red-lined areas preserved for niggers. the ones who owned houses sold and moved elsewhere but mostly it just got expensive and nigs had to migrate again.That's how they ended up in so many places they didn't used to be - little clusters of 15-100 in every cheap town they could find, especially around colleges and other places giving some brown a first foothold in an area.

blacks also like to be in public and visible areas. if there are twenty blacks in a town you WILL see them walking on the most visible streets or loitering. that's what they do for entertainment.

tl;dr: blacks used to be heavily concentrated in cities but liberal whites and asians/foreigners pushed them out so now they are in your broke ass town.

This is a legitimate concern. I would never expect them to reveal the real change in demographics. If we were to discover they are no longer qualified "minorities" here in the United States, that might set off a whole different combination of reactions from a disgruntled population. Including changes to the definition of "minority". Which is repugnant when you know the truth of the statistics on the world stage.

there used to be huge concentrations of blacks in certain areas. They've been leaving those areas for 25 years. Chicago, California, even New York and DC. All dumped half a million blacks on the rest of the country in recent decades.
