The system on the right works extremely well, but only so long as your portfolio grows faster than your debt, and you are thus forever able to avoid a margin call.

The system on the right is how the government spends our money. Except they use the people (economy) as collateral.

But in that situation we acknowledge that it's incorrect and it's really just a path to fuck ourselves in the future.

There's no intention to pay back the debt in the fake money that they print.

So how does the millionaire intend to pay back his debt or even the interest on the debt that he keeps taking out on the collateral of his stock?

As soon as he tries to pay off his loan or his interest he pays capital gains tax so what is the point?

I think there's a lot more that goes on then can be put into a meme like this. You have to have charitable donations, political contributions, ngos, foreign investments, foreign tax safe havens. Etc

So... How much is the rich guy saving paying interest to the bank versus paying taxes to the government?

There's no capital gain tax in Puerto Rico.

Taco niggers are the tax

How do they pay the loan back? Don't they need income to do so?

Also, can we decide whether we think that more taxes are good, or bad?

The loan is secured by the stock as collateral.
The loan "defaults" and the bank gets the stock.

It's essentially selling the stock to the bank without having to pay taxes on the sale.

Remember when $1 MILLION was enough to retire on and live comfortably until the day you expire?

Seems like a million years ago, a better time, only a few decades behind us

Tomorrow’s dreams need economic catastrophe to ignite our great white resettlement

As the worth of our dollar declines in value, blood becomes the most valuable commodity.

Always remember, it’s white blood the planet lusts after

Capitalize White

I hope to be rich on paper one day so I can borrow money and not have it taxed. Then sell stock to payback the loan and take out ANOTHER loan as stock gains value. A brilliant plan that I hope never changes.

Banks won't lend against stocks, so the third one isn't exactly correct. Works for real estate though.
