You guys realize you will never see one of these that isnt mounted on a robo dog wiping out your entire family as its ai programming decides you need to go. It is only available in full auto. Zero civ market. These were built to kill us. This is most definitely not a cool thing. Any new weapon system you see is literally designed with killing you in mind not some foreign combatant.

That is probably the most reasonable explanation for this I could possibly have imagined.

Maybe someone raids their stockpiles?

only a completely psychotic cement head would want to own one of these....which is why I want a half dozen, I'm not going to look like a psycho cement head and just order one.

This is great, but it should also be made in .22LR. Please hear me out: This isn't exactly a precision firearm. Realistically (aside from being mounted - for which this is not intended), your accurate range might be about 100 yards. Now, sure, you will absolutely obliterate whatever you aim at with 5.56 or .223 in this magnitude. But most people don't have the stockpile, money or strength to carry the necessary ammo for this awesome little piece of ordinance. Also, think of the cost in terms of building chambers strong enough to handle the pressure of the 5.56.

Okay, on to .22LR. In terms of making someone shit their pants and stay away, .22LR in large enough number is plenty enough. Even inaccurately, you could spray .22LR at targets 200 or even 300 yards out and with the amount of lead headed their way, nobody would be stupid enough to approach. Yes, .22LR would not have much of an effect on vehicles - no question. But for personnel (even armored), it would be enough to keep them down or away.

Finally, on to the fun factor. Imagine if there were a slightly less expensive version of this gun in .22LR. Who wouldn't buy it? I don't have the money for a 5.56 version, nor do I have the money to buy all the 5.56 it would eat (and I already have a lot of 5.56). But .22LR? Oh hell yes. I have plenty of that. And even though the price of .22LR is stupid today compared to 10 years ago, it's still much more affordable than 5.56 or .223.

So this thing is pure awesome - to be sure. But I think they should develop one in .22LR and release it to the general population and watch the government shit their collective pants.

I've got a .22cal Pietta PPS 50 with 40rnd drum mag with select semi-full auto...sounds like a zipper...I think that somehow this one slipped through the "legal requirement" cracks because full auto is not legal without special permit here in Kanastan, which is why I won't take this to the range where it'll draw interest...I like it and the .22LR has a real persuasive impact in close quarters.

Since 2016. They had a booth at SHOT. Could use a steady-cam mount.

Cool. How much?

You seen how 500 rnds of 5.56x45 is 300 bucks?

Think I will invest in optics and just have better shot placement.
