Most tax benefit comes from your primary residence claimed as your homestead. Once you start getting into 2nd properties, those benefits do not flow in the same way unless you are writing things off as a business.

I would think the end goal of most here is to get through their fast food shift and earn some extra sheckles on the side subverting on web properties like this for israel.
