Dude he's just older. Yeah he got a little fatter but compared to how most of those people age he looks pretty much like he did when he was younger. Most of the people you can't even recognize as they get to his age.

My grandmother seldom if ever went out for fast food and lived into her 90s. She still died of dementia when she was basically subsisting on mediocre restaurant-grade food in that old folks home my boomer aunt put her in.
