I watched San Andreas last night with my family, out of the blue decided to watch it, and then the very next day all of a sudden japan is having megaquake tremors. This shit keeps happening to me and I don't know why

https://www.zerohedge.com/weather/japan-issues-first-ever-megaquake-alert

Number of times it has happened to me: 24
Number of times it correlated with a major event happening no more than ten days later: 18.

I'll become obsessed with a topic, or end up watching a movie and events will occur afterward that have an eerie resemblance to what I was hyperfocused on.

Thought I was going crazy so I started keeping track of the incidences.

It's like premonitions or some shit.

Of course the reasonable explanation is a hyperfocused mind will look for events that match the subjects it focuses on, ignoring the plethora of unrelated events that also occur on a daily basis. Hyperfocusing on one topic such as earthquakes, when the example event merely appears unusual (they're not, they're a pretty regular occurrence across the globe), may mislead someone to believe they saw it coming.

On the otherhand to pick any one event out of a basket, which by itself, given the level of its impact or seriousness, is not common--and then to do that on a regular basis, is to say unusual.

Oh, and the other movie I seriously considered watching was red dawn, kek.

Synchronicities are a thing, and they tend to pop up with increased frequency when you're in the process of a spiritual transformation. Focus on developing yourself spiritually through meditation and you will understand the synchronicities better.

My guess is what jung was talking about when he came up with synchronicity might be understood in the future as people's minds running background higher-order correlations looking for seemingly disparate but casual events, connected in a larger fashion through some strange-attractor like mechanism in the wider collective psychosocial narrative of population, a statistical distribution we're unaware of that supervenes everyday life.

Or maybe I'm talking out my ass, who knows.

I do! It's because you have schizophrenia 😉

Unfortunately that answer is too easy. One of the jobs I worked in the past required a psych exam for hiring, clean bill of mental health.

It's more probable that I happen to be a statistical outlier where topics I focus on, by coincidence have happened more frequently than not.

Somewhere out there someone has accidentally flipped heads on a coin 40 times in a row.

I'm just wondering how long the "pure-chance coincidence detector" effect will last.

Earthquakes happen every day all over the planet.
You aren't crazy, you are just stupid.

9-10 magnitude earthquakes in first-world major population zones?

People here acknowledge that predictive programming is real. Kikes will plan events in the future and telegraph these events in the media.

So now your surprised when you find that the predictive programming works a little too well.

Predictive Programming is theory that the government or other higher-ups are using fictional movies or books as a mass mind control tool to make the population more accepting of planned future events.

Nikola Tesla had an earthquake machine that fit inside his pocket.

You should watch Fught Club a couple times, just to see if you can end the FED.

That's not too bad to be honest.

Premonitions can get so bad that you're accurately predicting things beyond all reasonability. At which point the line between it being a lucky guess and you willing it into existence starts to blur.

and you willing it into existence starts to blur.

I'm not sure if thats an amazing possibility or a horrifying one.

Thousands of people watched that movie the same evening that you did.

What do you think of the reports that during certain disasters like 9/11 there was an unusually low number of passengers present?

Have you ever experienced premonitions? I didn't believe in them till I had several specific incidents.

For example I had a dream the place I worked was robbed and I was shot in the face. Called my boss 20 minutes before I was due in and told him adamantly I couldn't come up to work. He was pissed, but I couldn't shake the dream.

That night the place I was working was robbed as gunpoint. They came back after the robbery and chased my replacement into the back security room and kept trying the door. You don't come back to a robbery after you got the money, unless you intend to kill witnesses.

That wasn't the first incident of premonitions either but it's one of the most clear to me.

What about you? Any experiences?

I once had the option of pulling up beside a semi hauling logs as I waited for a light to change, or getting behind the semi. I got behind it. Then the logs fell off. I would have been crushed.

I didn’t have a premonition. I just think almost everyone is incompetent at their jobs. They’re all hacks. I imagined who probably was in charge of securing that load and I landed on a Mexican with no education that can’t read. So I chose not to pull to the side. My pessimism and racism saved me, once again.
