http://reformsection5.org.uk/ “Insulting words or behaviour” are outlawed by Section 5, and this is having a chilling effect on free speech right across our country, in a wide range of communities. The law rightly protects us against unjust discrimination, incitement and violence.
Like what I have said before, absolute freedom of speech should be safeguarded by every means possible. Short of inciting harm upon someone, you should be able to say whatever you want, whenever you want, to whomever you want. But all too often bad people and retards play identity politics, even with users here that take criticism as a form hate speech and stifle your right to disagree with them.
