There's something about the way this girl's mouth moves when she talks it is fascinating. Forget the subject. I've noticed the same thing with Megyn Kelly
I can't quite put my finger on what it is. But there's just something different that happens with their mouth when they're talking that doesn't happen when the typical person talking. And it just kind of is fascinating. If you watch Megyn Kelly's mouth it's the same thing. I don't know if it's their lips are moving in a different way where their lips move faster when they talk than other people's I've even wondered sometimes if there was a slight audio mismatch and delay to their mouth movement with their voice which you subconsciously notice and it just kind of holds your attention. But there's definitely something different about them that makes watching them speak more captivating than just watching a normal person speak.
Here's another example with her talking a little more you can see what I mean
https://youtu.be/Ey75Xw_ikqsHere is an example with Megyn Kelly.
https://youtube.com/shorts/r3ahZKQE5pEWhat is it that makes their mouth different? Is it that their lips are moving faster or something. If you look closely at their mouth when they're talking it's almost like their lips are moving it superhuman speed or something even though they're a rate of speech doesn't seem to be that much out of the range of normal.

And when you see it is hypnotic.
Go watch demolitionranch videos, notice how he makes and breaks eye contact, rather than talking directly into the camera the whole time.
Effective politicians use it, but with their hands, to direct and draw attention, like stage magicians
The same can be used for facial expressions that sit just on the edge of unusual and/or uncanny.
It's why retards get mesmerized by tiktok and people imitating NPCs.
Actors learn it, I don't know what it is called in that industry though.
