I got the exact same story.

16 years at microsoft, worked my way up from a lowly tech support to a director II.

Indians suck. Everything this guy wrote, I experienced.
In the beginning in the 90's microsoft rocked. Serious R and D going on, lots of side projects,Great company atmosphere, trying to do better all across the board.

Then the indians started showing up in the 2000, slowly at first, then more and more until there was like 50%-60% all in at the company.

Then the big micorsoft campuses in india fired up. Hyperdad was the first, but many more came afterwards.

Indians by the truck load. and they all sucked. the caste system was alive and well and they all played it. They'ed throw whitey under the bus in meetings for their fuck ups, generally everything got bogged down, no new and clean ideas, just infighting over what was already established.


Micorosft has this internal "taxi" bus system to take you around the various building and remote locations for meetings and such.

In the end, I remember i was the last white guy riding this bus to the IWSQU campus and like 1000 pajeets. It was like being in downtown deli. The stink, the pushing, the fights to get on the bus the assholes-to elbows sitting/standing/smashed intot his bus.

It sucked. I finally had to quit as working with the Indians was a futile endeavor. Never hit a due date, never had good, thought out ideas or timelines and always, always......

"Get more money from the services at all costs. Don't make better products,. don't do deep dives into what the industry needs, just get more monies from what we already have." Its all the indians could think about. Its the culture of ripping people off. Its embedded in them, 100%. A baseblock in their entire culture. "Get one up on someone else." It comes through even in their legitimate business dealings.


1000% would not recommend.

Edit: by absolute 1000% margins, the worst was the 30-40yold Indian woman tech "manager" These creatures are in a class of their own. Absolutely horrendous on all levels.

Not a single indian I have had to work with over the years has been competent. Its astounding, but what you would expect from a country who has massive inbreeding and a naturally low IQ.

They pretend like they know what they're doing and act frantic and fuck things up to beyond belief and when you check on them you're like holy shit what have you done...

yep. I had an interview with micron during the pandemic. pajeet with the thickest streetshitter accent ever, and I am good at dealing with that dumbass accent by how many times I have to deal with them. got to the 'are you vaxxed' question, I said no, he said you have to vax to work here, he immediately hung up on me, didn't say bye, whatever.

fast forward to end of pandemic, and they keep calling me over and over for the same interview. I read somewhere that at micron specifically, it is overrun with pajeets and they are desperately looking for White guys to hire in.

Fuck them.

Pajeets are incredibly arrogant because of the caste system. Unless you go to Jeetland you don't ever see the absolute bottom of the barrel jeets. Most humans only see the top tier ones. Then you get an average White guy in the US and the jeet thinks they are above them because they are almost royalty in jeetland so they get arrogant.

They come here with fake education and experience, never questioned about it (because that's racist), and companies fight each other to give them great jobs. It's fucking horrendous and I hope every single company that does that fails.

I commented about this a month ago. Once again I'm in the middle of it.

One of our US teams that works on a specific project is 100% Pajeet. There are shared teams of primarily whites that do all the real work and make everything function and they take credit and salary for what everyone else is doing.

Anyhow, about a month ago they started doing a major test deployment, except they did the test deployment in Production. They didn't inform anyone on our end how big the test deployment was going to be even though they basically doubled the number of devices in the system and crashed an important but non essential system which became my problem.

Except they would not provide me with any of the information I requested. Network logs, hardware or software update information etc. Nothing. Everything going on I'm blind to since I don't have access to their end of the network. All I see is massive amounts of traffic clogging up the servers. Meanwhile they are crying to the bosses at corporate that I am not fixing their problem that they caused (Which actually came back to me, thank fucking god for paper trails).

Ended up finding a workaround that I warned them would only resolve the issue temporarily until they fixed what they had messed up. Of course, now the symptoms had disappeared so they went right back to shitting everything up without trying to find what had gone wrong to begin with. Gave them a few leads to go on as well as suggestions for upgrading the database ressources.

Fastforward to this week. I went on vacation a week after the last problem. I come back this week and first day back they open an emergency channel (they love doing live group interventions through teams) with 30 fucking pajeets and 3 white guys myself not included. Since they didn't do anything with the information I provided them, the problem became more widespread and other systems began crashing. Now money is being lost because payment processing is down. Once again, they are trying to blame the team at my location. Luckily one of the white guys stateside who actually knew what the fuck he was doing started showing that though our end was responsible for a certain amount of the traffic, that was to be expected and was normal enough. Each time that got settled, a different pajeet would try and suggest that it was our end that was causing the problem.

This shit has being going on for 3 days now and tomorrow it will resume because the team stateside is still pajeets and will remain pajeets because DEI.

And this faggots, is why despite socialism, I left the US 15 years ago to live in France. We may have arabs, but we don't have hiring quotas and affirmative action.

My experience is that there are some few Indians that are super good, like the top 2%, but the rest are mediocre at best. Regardless, they all lack any sort of morals whatsoever. Lying and cheating are just as common as breathing, and they have no guilt or bad feelings about it. Their goal is to continue to move up the ladder, regardless of whether they are qualified or not. In fact, qualifications have nothing to do with it and don't even enter into their consideration when applying for a job.
