Maybe the outlandish helps get attention, but sadly I think most people just stop listening and don't take in the message.
It's very hard to redpill normies. Even if I knew about conspiracies since I was a teen, I was still a normie. I thought all conspiracies were logic and based only on greed. I thought most of info on conspiracy forums were absurd because illogical. Only on Voat I have discovered the truth about world wide Jewish conspiracy. Smart users were only posting links to info, without trying to explain what info. It worked, I become interested because they were not trying to persuade. Just posted links to those who were able to understand the truth.
