Second amendment is the obvious answer, but the problem isn't rigged elections. That's really just a symptom of the induced malaise of the population. It's more comfortable to get mad and do nothing than it is to go hungry, freeze, or be killed or maimed to change it. The second amendment has been defeated by a big Mac and a new Ironman movie.
The Constitution was written for adults, not children playing politics. That was their big mistake. What did PT Barnum say? Nobody ever went broke overestimating the stupidity of the American public?

The opposition called those clauses "ceremonial" and the attempt to use them "disenfranchisement".

Lets say you have a great monarchy. Great royals. In 250 years, they’ll be inbred faggots.
Lets say you have a great democracy. Great voters. Great candidates. In 250 years, you WILL be electing criminals.
