My elderly dad cracked me up today

I was in his front yard working on something and his dog came out on the front deck and was barking a lot and I guess it got on my dads nerves and he said: "Keep barking you little bastard and I'll roast your ass over a fire on a stick and eat you like those damn Haitians. I lol

This is why I don't understand people who own yappy dogs. Why would you want every social interaction you have in your home to be with someone who is currently being annoyed and can't focus on talking to you. There is an entire dimension and level of human interaction you won't get for the rest of your life. Or at least as long as you maintain the habit of owning one of these things.

Same with owning cats. Why would you want every social interaction in your home to be with someone who is actively smelling cat piss? Every cat owner I've ever talked to says their home is clean and they are an exception. From every non cat owner, who knows the difference, no it isn't. Your house smells like piss.

As long as the Hatians don't eat any golden retrievers I'm ok. If they did that I'd be pissed.
