Well when you allow the Jews who have taken over the USA and the Jews that have taken over Ukraine to basically continue in their efforts to take over Russia and they now are bombing Moscow apartments then you're going to expect that Russia is going to implement some failsafe measures in case they go down so they can go after the dirty Jews who are causing the world such problems as they always have.
