It’s worse than taxing unrealized gains. If they taxed unrealized gains they would tax that gain once. With property tax you get taxed on the gain every year.

The value of a home is the cost to build it. And half the cost to build is all the income taxes you have to pay out on the workers etc.

In 20 years of property taxes you pay that much easily or half let's say

Then the jew bank users over 30 years has you paying 300k for the house

What the actual fuck a 100k house over 30 years will cost you easily 450k

In my state, property tax rates are determined every year by estimated property values. If the value of my property is estimated to have risen, my property tax bill goes up. Never goes down though.

Property taxes pay for infrastructure and other things we need. If funding were on a voluntary basis, nothing would get done.
The problem I have with taxes is that the money I spend on property tax, has already been taxed through payroll. Then, add sales tax on top of it and I’m sure there’s more taxes somewhere, but your money is taxed three times if pay a mortgage.
