Every aspect of is anti American anti freedom makes us renters forever it is only good for the welfare state low iq morons who wouldn't pay to educate their kids and they are not paying to educate them now! We are anyone who renrs or owns a house or business is paying to educate fucktards that are directly competing with your kids.
The most fucked up part is it is funding the communist indoctrination of the masses it is so fucking evil I can't believe their is not more uproar about this shit.
The trolls and shills shit on me for almost everything I post<<< remember I have always hated the jews and circumcision<<< circumcision is an evil Jewish religious ceremony with absolutely zero medical benefits... and I've never altered on this views.. the haulccaust is total bullshit as well.
Any ways fuck property taxes probably invented by jews
Let’s take a look at this and see if we can’t come up with a way to explain it to the completely fucking retarded NPCs that comprise 90% of the population.
It’s a matter of how we philosophically view the ownership of a country. A nation is a people; the country is the land they inhabit. The foundation of the US suggests that the people (that is, collectively–the nation) owns the country in its totality. If we agree that this is the structure by which the country is established, then the government’s only duty in this regard is to manage lands held dominium publicum until such time as a claimant to said land steps forward.
When this happens, the person says how much land he wants and where he wants it. He then pays the government. NOT FOR THE LAND. To do so would imply that the government had previously owned it. It did not. The payment is to cover the costs of having managed the land before the purchase, as well as to cover the cost of processing the registration of legal ownership (and defense thereof) going forward.
Now we have the land in the hands of an individual, not just “in escrow” by the government. What duties does the individual have to the land, both with respect to the use of the land and to his fellow man? If he’s building a house on the land, that’s his legal homestead. Absolutely no property taxes can justifiably be levied on that plot of land. To do so would be to imply the government may deprive the individual of his home at any time, for any reason, under any circumstance. But what if he’s not building a house there? Maybe he’s building a business, factory, or storefront. Now property tax can apply. Why? Because a corporation is not a person. If the land is held by a corporation–or even owned by an individual in the name of a corporation–it is not being used by a person as a home. It can be justifiably taxed on its use thereas. What if the individual is buying more land and building another home on it? He can only have one legal homestead and he can only live in one place at a time, so his second home can also be property taxed. Rinse and repeat for any additional non-homestead plot of land owned by an individual.
This, incidentally, mirrors my views on income taxes. Individuals? It’s not lawful to tax their income. Corporations? Tax that shit. Otherwise they’ll just send it overseas.
Funny concept, this. The word 'incorporate' means to form a body, and is literally a jewish trick to avoid financial responsibility for the failure of their companies, which, when called on it, was 'opened to the public' instead of shut down (similar: stock markets, casinos, pornography). Legally they are a person, and all sort of abominations have happened exploiting this 'personhood'.
Most notably is the case of Jeff Baron, a real person, who was placed in civil receivership, a form a complete control for fictional persons (corporations) who have gone bankrupt to prevent them looting remaining funds before creditors can. A real person was placed into legal slavery in an unprecendented case, as recent as 2009.
You are correct, property tax was invented by a Jew in France during the 1700's I believe. It was created to force the wealth land barons to sell most of their land since at the time pretty much all land was owned. Then the Jews moved in and started buying it up cheap
Some of my property tax goes directly to the school system which has been tailored not to produce educated young children ready to go out into the world but to produce more Democrat party voters, ignorant and dependent on the government.
I was thinking about that today about how it's unhealthy for children to be raised by an institutional setting. Like that's weird. And I just realized it's North Korea weird. Like if you lived in North Korea your whole life do you think you would ever wake up and realize none of this is normal. Like is our entire society a weird pro-government cult? Would people who raise their children entirely in families look at our society and say we're a part of some crazy dictatorship?
Property Taxes are probably one of the few legitimate taxes.
The problem is the disconnect between property ownership and citizenship/sufferage. It used to be that in order to vote, you had to be a property owner.
Remember, the deal was "no taxation without representation". The people paying taxes aren't being represented. That's the problem.
Taxes are fine so long as the people paying the taxes choose how much they are taxed, and the people who don't pay tax don't get a vote.
When people not paying property taxes can vote, yes you are correct. When the only people voting are the only people paying taxes, then they control what the taxes are.
The problem isn't taxes. The problem is giving suffrage to people who don't pay taxes.

The other dimension of this is the idea of the purpose of government to protect the concept of property. So those with property pay for a common service, and in turn government protects that property and does no other function. So it doesn't make sense for non-property owners to pay taxes because no government service is rendered to them. And it doesn't make sense for non-property owners to vote because they are not government's customer or patron.
But we've deviated from that customer model into a dictatorship (democratic dictatorship) where government's main function is not to satisfy their customer, but instead the central function of government is to boss people around.

It's worse than an unrealized gain tax. See with an unrealized gain tax you still get taxed on the gain once. With property tax you are taxed multiple times for that gain.
This is why it's not an unrealized gain tax. It's a property tax. It's different. One taxes proportional to a form of income. The other taxes proportional to a form of wealth.
You don't hate jews. You are a liar. Your cult leader owen benjewin is a fat kike and you worship him.Did you finger yourself today like he does? Guise, send money to muh po box because my kids violin lessons are 5K a year oy vey

Reminds me of my time in college when a group of us developed an app called "DEEZ" with a clip-on caliper for smartphones whereby you would insert a fold of your scrotal skin and get a spectrum reading of the approximate age of your balls. Metrics like skin density and wrinkle percentage were also calculated and stored in our proprietary Scrotabase. You could then measure aspects of your scrotum against other app users. We even had an interactive game called ScroteWager where you could you could blind ante one of your 9 scrotal statistics against another user's like a Hi-Lo card game like War. After an initial infusion of seed money from supportive alumni groups, we were forced to shutter operations after a marketing study surprisingly showed that people were not likely to be enthused (WTF?) about our app let alone pay $6.95 a month for it, which was the price point we figured would make it profitable.
Your private property is protected by government. There are big bad people and things in the world that want to take that from you. You don't have the individual ability to stop them.
How do you intend to proportionally fund the specific governmental support required for a peaceful functioning society in which the concept of private property can even exist?
