The part you want

" in moderate amounts it could slash your risk of cardiometabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke.

Researchers in China revealed drinking approximately 200 to 300 mg caffeine a day — the equivalent to three cups of coffee — was associated with a lower risk of new-onset cardiometabolic multimorbidity (CM), or at least two cardiometabolic diseases.

In fact, the scientists found that those who drink this amount of daily caffeine see their risk reduced by almost half, compared to those who drink less than one coffee cup per day. "

That's more caffeine than I would have expected actually. 200 mg of caffeine in a short time. Which is equivalent to one medium Starbucks coffee is the maximum of normal person can take without starting to shake. If you hold your hand out and it starts having tremors you've had too much caffeine. And that's usually around 200 mg for most people. However most cups of coffee actually only have about 50 mg in them so that would really mean 6 cups of coffee a day if it was normal coffee or not Starbucks which apparently adds caffeine to their mix. By the way you can buy caffeine pills from Amazon and if you need caffeine to survive it's a lot cheaper than drinking all that coffee plus you're not peeing all the time from drinking so much liquid. They're dirt cheap much cheaper than buying coffee every morning so if caffeine is what you're after to wake up in the morning I highly suggest you go buy yourself some caffeine pills or capsules from your favorite vendor like amazon.

I wouldn't by anything from amazon. They are plagued with fake products for the last year.
