I think you're right. I didn't watch it either but from what their comments are it sure seems like old Tim waltz didn't do very much a good job.

You should give it a watch, if only for entertainment's sake. Not only did Walz go down in flames, he was hilariously bad. Nothing but nervous ticks, exaggerated facial/eye gestures, and nonsensical answers.

Vance on the other hand was articulate, calm, cool and collected. Whatever your previous opinion on him is, he proved he can handle himself under pressure.
