Hope the car was fine lol. Z28 by any chance? 3rd generation is my favorite car of all-time. Largely sentimental but handled very nicely as well.

Which neighborhood you in Trumpman? I'm in Brooksville, 40 miles north of Tampa, 35 miles inland and at 110 feet above sea level. I'll ride this out.

They're predicting 190 mph winds on this thing I think and it's very fast moving so I think it's going to be plus 150 mile winds when it hits you. Can your place take 150 mph winds?

Screenshot says Cat3 at landfall. That's 111-129mph. Anything 156 and over is a Cat5. Only thing that's ever broke 190 was Patricia back in 2015, and that peaked at 215. Allen was right at 190, but that was all the way back in 1980.

The Villages? Why worry at all? You are near Wildwood, FL. Way north of the storm and 40 miles from the Gulf coast,. I'm in Brooksville. I'm closer to the coast and further south. It'll be worse here,and I am not too worried. Relax!
