I would like to take a moment to let you all know that an "app" is a short form of "application", and "application" is a woke term for a "program". A "program" is a set of computer instructions.

That is actually untrue. Up until around the mid 2000s, most UK publications referred to computer programs as "programs" and television programs as "programmes". UK media did this for decades to provide a clear and distinct difference between a computer program and a tv program (or "programme" from a play or performance etc). It was during the iPhone era when globalists un-did those decades of distinction. A shame, really. Don't get me started on the history of "color", either (short version, "color" is the original English spelling).

Android apps are written in Java. Java is compiled to bytecode. Which can be reliably decompiled back to human-readable code. So that a clever engineer could understand the API for interacting with gov servers. Written by lowest-$/hr contractors.
