Correct. Below 85 is mentally retarded for Whites. I believe the majority of American blacks fall at or below this point so they had to make 69 clinically retarded. If you have ever met a White with an IQ of 85 it is immediately clear that there is something wrong with them, however it's barely discernable with nogs.

It's truly amazing how the left loves evolution as a way to shun God. But, once you show them _this_ evolution suddenly they pretend this isn't the expected evolutionary outcome.

One environment rewarded intelligence and lighter skin. The other environment rewarded darker skin and the ability to have the athleticism to run fast and catch food.
