Yeah, it sucks! Fucking Boogymen hiding in the shadows in government, tearing up society! I hate this fucking reality! I miss the 80's! Things were fucked up back then too, but you felt like the world wasn't falling apart around you like it is today! You believed that there was a path to success! Cars were cooler, Women were sweet & willing, music/movies were pozzed, but very enjoyable. Nothing was as complicated like it is now. There used to be a Public Viewing Area where we would take our girlfriends and you could park right next to the runways, and make out while planes flew directly over your car to land. I watch my kids grow up, and I mourn for the shitty existence they got, versus what we had! I got busted in a park with some friends for having beers when I was underage (19), cops took our beer and let us go. Very friendly, just told us, that we weren't supposed to be in the park we were at after sunset, and confiscated our beer, which they probably drank themselves later. If I had a time machine...

Ha! I remember, it was 1983-84 or so, in the summer. These older guys had stolen a keg of beer through a back fence of the Cal Expo fairgrounds and we had it in big bucket with ice in the park. Sheriff shows up and tells the older guys to make sure us kids weren’t drinking and to pick up after ourselves. This must have been prior to the alcohol rules in the parks. We did a lot of shit in that park.

Oh, to go back to that version of the World! You got me thinking though, kegs were everywhere back in the day, you couldn't move for fear of tripping over one...

I bet I haven't seen a keg in the last 10 maybe 20 years. Damn, I miss those days! Where have all the beer-bongs gone....

I was watching this documentary about Philadelphia. This kid on YouTube. He actually does real journalism. That was how I heard about tranq. I never even knew that was a thing even though it was responsible for about 1/3 of overdoses a couple years ago. It’s a very powerful animal tranquilizer and apparently people mix it with fentanyl to make the fent even stronger. Once they do this a few times fent by itself doesn’t get you high anymore. And if you keep shooting this shit up it’ll kill your skin. Sometimes down to the bone. And rot it away. Nasty shit. And the cartel is competing with a Chinese company over importing it. It’s a wild story. Dont do drugs

In this documentary I also learned that the cartel was importing a liquid version from dirty veterinarians but the Chinese company figured out a powdered solid form. So when people are caught using the Chinese stuff the cartel will just set bounties on those dealers. They get people killed and they don’t even have to lift a finger or be there.
