https://archive.md/gqUFx“It is the darkest period, certainly in my 25 years,” the officer said.
“10 years ago it would be unheard of to start a shift and have one job waiting. Now I log on and there’s sometimes 80 to 100 calls waiting.”
The Bulletin has obtained multiple leaked screenshots from the internal police computer aided dispatch system (CAD) which shows the extreme demand on the frontline. In an example this month, there were 92 active police jobs across the Gold Coast and less than a dozen crews rostered. All police were tied up at a small number of jobs, including several serious domestic violence incidents. More than 60 calls for help were left waiting, with no officers available to attend. According to the leaked screenshots collected over several weeks, this is example is not an isolated incident.
“We have to do better at prioritising the genuine domestic violence from the cases of lazy parenting, vexatious complaints, and the like.
“It is burning our people out – we can’t continue to go from DV to DV. As officers have expressed in your survey, that is a huge reason why we can’t retain people.”
The whistleblower also believed QPS needed to address a growing divide between rank-and-file and upper management.
“We have become a service that prioritises keeping politicians happy over protecting our people. It has to stop.
“If we can’t find the autonomy and independence as a service to say ‘actually minister you haven’t given us the police we need’ then things will continue in a terminal decline.”

Being a member of a specific herd does not compel any particular treatment from the herd owner. Your ranch hands can do with you as they please. I'm only objecting to the implication that the ranch hands have a loyalty obligation to the herd, rather than to their employer.

you gave a definition that im well aware of....
then started talking about cows.
and our cops judiciary and government can all be fucking hung like the treasonous cunts they are. (trying to hand over our sovereign nation to niggers illegally by the state (states want to sign a treaty with the niggers, the niggers arent at war with us, the states do not have the right to declare war or peace or negotiate treaties for anyone, that is purely a federal responsibility (constitutional), and if we were at war and someone was begging for treaty, then australia has 100% of the objectives while the niggers have 0% and yet we want to hand everything to them? And thats not even getting started on all of our superannuation and tax money being sent hand and foot to china (oh and we also helped steal the 2020 us federal election for the democrats which means we are also guilty of sedition against the US.
So yeah states giving everything to niggers and the federal government giving whats left to china and america.... Treason.

- A group of people, usually with a common bond. (As in, dwellers or citizens of a ranch classified as a 'country'.)
Ranch Hand: A ranch hand is a hired laborer who performs a variety of tasks on a ranch.
- Animal husbandry: Caring for livestock, such as herding, feeding, and monitoring for various conditions and behaviors. (Ranch hands include law enforcement officers, functionaries, and all other ranch employees.)
Ranch: A ranch is an area of land, including various structures, given primarily to ranching, the practice of raising livestock.
- In this case, the livestock in question are the mammals known as homo sapiens, or 'people'.
Point being, a ranch hand cannot "commit treason" against the cattle he's hired to monitor and manage.
