T-Mobile promised users who bought certain mobile plans that it would never raise their prices for as long as they lived—but then raised their prices this year. So it's no surprise that 2,000 T-Mobile customers complained to the government about a price hike on plans that were advertised as having a lifetime price lock.

As an ex reseller of mobile phones T-Mobile is hands down the worst carrier.

I can wholeheartedly confirm that Tmobile sucks horrifically, that the ceo and execs are nigger lovers, and their wives fuck pajeets.

What I love is that their predecessors had a clause for research groups to have unlimited use of their networks under contract. They really hate that they inherited it and have been using underhanded loopholes to undermine it, such as throttling on 5G since 5G didn't exist at the time. There are ways around that too. I love having an uncapped mobile modem from an unaffilliated "research group" that leeches off the Sprint/T-Mobile networks.

What I always loved was someone would bring me a phone that they had paid for but didn't jump through the hoops to get it properly unlocked which is usually an extra charge. Unless they went through those hoops it was still locked to network. Meaning we'd tell customers with these you HAVE to have T-Mobile or it won't work. I know it won't. They'd say oh its cool I know how. In my head, "no you fucking dont." Theyd be and back to return it in a day. Thankfully for those bastards I figured out how to tell if it's locked or not.

If you have tmobile, especially if you grandfathered in from sprint, take the time to carefully look through your itemized bill. They automatically sign you up and charge for all sorts of little services and insurances that you are probably not even aware of. I was able to drop my monthly bill down by about thirty bucks 💰

Here I thought I was the only one thinking T-Mobile would want to shaft over their Sprint crowd.

All of them are shit. I've filed 4 fcc complaints on verizon. I hate that fucking company with a passion.

What is the damage? Did they pay a huge sum for the plan initially? I'd never trust a company to honor any kind of lifetime commitment.

Then what would be the point of offering a lifetime committment? They are committing fraud, which to my knowledge is illegal. Yes?

T-Mobile kicks cute puppy, news at 6pm!

Disney will get away with raping kids before T-Mobile will ever hear the end of this

Back in the day I think it was Telus had these unlimited plans when mobile phones started taking off. $20, unlimited texting and data. YouTube wasn't a thing yet and most people had flip phones.

When these plans started getting cancelled due to blackberry and iPhone users actually using data, people started selling the plans for thousands of dollars. You could see posters up in front of all the popular drug dealing areas advertising phone plans for sale.
