It’s my one day off, I’m tired and exhausted. I had five things on my list to do today.

Then the wind picks up and the last thing, washing the truck, isn’t gonna happen. No sense in getting the truck wet when the wind is blowing 20 mph dirt across the yard. It’s cool. I’m looking at a partly cloudy sky over Nor Cal. If it clears up to the west, we'll have another awesome sunset.
I can see the Berryessa Gap from my house. Fall sunsets are awesome here.

I did about three years ago by the company who set up our filtration/softener system. I also got an independent lab test at the same time from an outfit in town who sent the vials off to a lab in Fresno.

I’m happy to be off municipal water, but this thing only works if there is power.
I’m considering a hand pump adaptation so I can draw water when needed.
I’m not quite ready for gay Solar, even if Off-grid.
The Sacramento River is 400 yds from my house.
I figure I can draw water from it with buckets and ropes.
I have necessary filtration to make that work.

I just watched the trump/rogan interview and according to trump, "california has so much water. so much beautiful water, but they diverted it all into the pacific ocean. They could have this beautiful, great water but they send it into a big pipe and into the pacific ocean..."

im doing.... absolutely nothing.

house sitting again for a couple more weeks in the place my stuff is actually already stored in a container.

im pretty much on top of the highest hill in the area so im looking out the back balcony at the tops of trees and sky. no cloud today.

I love Cali. It's a special place. I've hiked a good chunk of the PCT and the Valley. Amazing and diverse landscapes. Fuck the cities tho.

man didnt you have an entire town built by some newspaper evacuated because its how the local council dealt with road dust?

ive done a bunch of work over the last couple of decades at phillip island and calder park raceways, on dry event days they get a water tanker hosing down the roads but it doesnt work for long.
