And no one knows why for sure. Probably less focus on families and more on careers. Or maybe housing and financial problems. Or maybe even climate change but definitely not some experimental drug that was mandated a few years ago. No, not that.

Could be that K selected populations that are under attack from R select populations don't produce as many children in such a hostile environment. R select just don't care and breed anyway.
