Not only that but, but the author is misrepresenting Ranma, since the main character doesn't swap genders when he wants, he is cursed into doing so when splashed with hot or old water, a curse he spends the entire series trying to undo. Not only that but he is entirely straight and only interested in women and is repulsed by guys pursuing him in his cursed female condition.

It is a comedy series so its especially apparent the propaganda author doesn't know what he's on about since the whole is played for laughs the source of which is the inheirent disgust at the thought of the whole gender swapping notion.

Bc once it is accepted into the school library it becomes easier for the teachers/ administration to now use the force of the Education curriculum to have the title placed onto the required reading schedule.

The consumer advice of ‘M – Not recommended for readers under 15 years, it is not illegal to show this content to a minor person under the age of 15yrs nor are there restrictions in palce precluding vendors of selling this content to persons under 15.

So, only who can view it is restricted (under 15), not the content ?/.

But it also states 'anyone can purchase an unrestricted publication' does that mean under 15's (without viewing it) ?.

So, am i correct that It doesn't forbid under 15's only that it is 'not recommended'. Ie, R18 publications are 'restricted to those 18 and over' not 'recommended for 18 and over.

M15 means anyone can view and purchase the content, there is no legal requirement enforced and only a recommendation exists. The material is unrestricted for all ages.
