Well I hadn't come across any of those characters yet, and judging by that thread, it doesn't appear the fags in the game are portrayed in the most positive light, nor do they seem to be main questline characters.

So there's four minor fags in it whereas TLoU II had three and were much more flagrant. The whole premise of that thread is flawed:

Update: I'm now 64hrs in, have played most of the main game and am in the final Act, and have played every side mission to this point. Played most of the DLC island as well. So far, I have still not come across a faggot. There was ONE main character who was straight, but she had a stupid bisexual escapade with a handmaiden in the past. This revelation was not portrayed in a positive light; it was viewed as serious and dishonorable at worst, or a seriously dumb mistake at best, depending on your dialogue choice. None of the options celebrated it, because it was a shameful act of betrayal in a character who's entire modus operandi so far has been being hellbent on avenging her slain Samurai husband and clan. In the more neutral dialogue option, the main character reserved his judgement but you could still hear his disapproval.

I don't know what those redditards were smoking, but this game is definitely not a woke title filled with faggots. It's been a phenomenal, fucking awesome game.
