And I think you are wrong, they already had the technology as far back as 1970 to extent monsoon season to intensify weather conditions. Now I am sure they have the technology needed to create floods. You and I have no idea what kind of military technology they have today but I can guarantee you that it's more advanced than you think. Military technology is the one area they've made a lot of developments on throughout the decades, they are not throwing billions at the military industrial complex for nothing. You can try to use your ''basic logic'' test as much as you want but as long as you don't know all the details on the kind of toys they have at their arsenal (much of it is kept as a secret) and how they work, your 'basic logic' is nothing more than just theories. You know this yourself this is why you use words such as ''doubt'' because you are uncertain as you should be.

But let's say they don't have that technology, you don't think they are not going to take advantage of that disaster as they do with every other disaster?


This is the selling point they are using to implement aspects of a smart city. It has nothing to do with flood management, to think that would mean you think the government gives a damn about their own people which I am sure you are well aware of that they don't. It's like saying, oh the U.N wasn't created as a stepping stone to implement world government, it was about brining an end to military conflicts and to provide peace to the world or the ECC was never about evolving it into a political entity that is known today as the EU.

They will always sell you something that sounds good on paper, but there is always a nefarious agenda behind it as they plan to evolve it into something sinister. They have done it over and over again and it's foolish to think that they wouldn't do it here as well.
