The great vast majority of gun laws (very likely 100% of them) are unconstitutional. First of all, "shall not be infringed."

Secondly, this is at the very least deprivation of rights under color of law and is punishable per 18 USC § 242.

I'm in the state. I talk to people here. Even if (((they))) ruled it "constitutional"...we'd still kill them if they tried to take our guns. Apparently we're supposed to register our guns...? But there really should be some sort of penalty for lawmakers who tried to so obviously circumvent the constitution. They should pay fines or something whenever they propose something that is such an obvious infringement on constitutional rights. Otherwise they'll just keep doing it and doing it until finally one passes through the courts without being overturned.
