I know exactly the breed of this bear, it's a hybrid mix of grizzly and polar bear that are populating throughout the Arctic now, this brood of Ursa is recent to the natural "chain of command" and in the last 40-50 years, due to expanding numbers of both grizzly and polar bears because of restricted hunting, is proliferate throughout the Arctic now and they are aggressive as fuck. This is what PETA and Greenpeace has done

Though the pup tried scaring the bear away by barking and growling, the bear, many times the dog's size, charged straight at the two women.
