I suggestd an UPGOAT functionality change, and I'm interested in your thoughts on it.

I reached out to @system to ask about adding functionality where a user can hover their cursor over the up/down arrows, to see who gave them their up/down votes.

What are your thoughts on this. Do you want to know who left an up/down vote on your post?

Voting shouldn’t be anonymous but the cursor hover functionality would take a toll on the site. It should be on a separate page like Poal does.

There's nothing wrong with anonymous voting. In hindsight, I do realize that there are other considerations tied to making this change, for instance indexing votes in a database and performing look-ups and possibly calculations. @system was gracious enough to recommend that I send this up the flagpole, so, hence this poll!
