His talk seemed more like a mass hallucination. You need a majority to believe it. We have that hypothesis already: covid. Mass psychosis did not manifest a deadly disease.

The smartest people in the world are never paraded around as the smartest people in the world. The 'smartest person in the world' is bullshit. There are subject matter experts and there are non-experts. Don't go for this OFfFF the ChARtS IQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ. In the world of IQ testing, they don't measure anything reliably above 160 or so. And even though IQ has a lot of utility explanatorily, it isn't a reliable metric for answering the question Should I listen to this person about everything?
