Just curious. I work for a huge Jew controlled outlet. Nation wide chain. I think our hub is ready, they just need a little encouragement.
Would love to hear from people who actually did this or were closely associated with the process, but of course the rest of you faggots feel free to offer you pearls of wisdom
Unions are communist organizations designed to artificially create class distinctions. Read national socialist literature for what Hitler did to destroy unions while simultaneously forcing company owners to respect employees… and then create an organization to do that.
No they aren't, nigger. You have to swear an oath and vow that you're not or never will be a communist.
You don't know what you're taking about and because the DoL is so fuckin' liberal, deep state leftists, they've moved government jobs and no skill jobs into union organization and fucked up the unions, most notably the public's perception of unions.
There is no reason why no or low skilled, easily replaceable, workers should unionize, nor is there any reason why a government employee, under any circumstance, should be allowed to unionize, low skill and unfair political pressure.
Unions, outside of these two sectors, are absolutely great for the skilled workers, as a group, that cannot be easily replaced.
You have to swear an oath and vow that you're not or never will be a communist.
1. Complete fucking bullshit. 2. No one has ever lied in the history of human civilization, right? 3. LITERALLY. CREATED. AS. A. COMMUNIST. INFILTRATION. MECHANISM.
…because the DoL is so fuckin’ liberal… they’ve… fucked up the unions…
This is completely true. They don’t even bother hiding that unions are government organizations designed to get the goyim to obey communist rule anymore.

You don't understand the whole point of the oath. Yes, YOU may be lying when you take the oath, but when you try to communize the group, THEY will call you out. Communism can't get traction in the middle of a red scare. No. It was not literally created as a communist mechanism. That's absurd. It was created as a way for skilled labor to protect their trade from profit taking. And, as we see union participation decline, we see the standard of living for the middle class, where you'll find skilled labor, go to shit.
Unions are not government organizations, and even when the union leadership becomes a tool for the government, the men easily subvert them. We saw that in this recent election when the Teamsters refused to endorse Kamala after voting to support Trump. The union leaders wanted to suppprt the Dem, they always do, but when the men voted against it, they didn't endorse anyone, which sent an even bigger message than a simple Trump endorsement would have.
I'm in a union. Unions are the reason you don't have a jab mandate. The courts had no choice but to side with the people. 1/3 of the union members in this country opposed the jab and thier opposition would have crippled the country exponentially greater than covid ever did. Our union leadership endorsed the jab mandate, but the men said "absolutely not".
It is not illegal to not be a commie, and there is a difference between a "red scare" where people are suspect of commies trying to infiltrate a group, and "The Red Scare" tm, where commies were accused of trying to infiltrate the USG.
Again, unions were not created so that jews could make money. This retarded, especially given that it's the jews currently trying to destroy the unions along with the white middle class.
Unions do not do what the government says, and I gave you 2 examples where the unions prevented the government from doing something it wanted.
Public unions, unions made up of government employees, is improper and should be made illegal.
In a trade union, labor exerts pressure on the management, and the management must balance the interests of the corporation with the demands of labor. Labor has no say in who their bosses are, and there is no democracy in the decisions made by management. Corporations have only an obligation to shareholders and those that benefit from corporate profitability. Keeping skilled labor working affects profitability, which means there will be a bargaining process that benefits the worker.
In a public union, government employees, who are not accountable for budgetary issues, the tax payers are, are pressured by the unions who organize politically to urge people outside of government to vote their bosses out of office if the politician doesn't bend to the demands of the union. This is a conflict that should not be tolerated. Government unions are a very specific reason why people have such negative opinions of unions. They should be abolished.
There is no jab mandate. Even in the medical sector, employers have abandoned the mandate because they couldn't keep the staff. And, I don't know any non-public unions demanding a jab mandate continue.
Had the courts supported the mandate, 1/3 of the skilled labor in this country would have simply stayed home. And unlike unskilled labor, you can't drive to home depot and round up a bunch of spics and noodle armed Street shitters and ching chongs to do jobs where skills, training, and education are required to keep the worker, those around the worker, and the public, later on, safe from hazards that are part of a skilled labor job, while doing job in a timely and acceptable manner. Hazards that would lead to lawsuits and workers comp claims that would destroy profitability for the company.
Workers work like animals for shit pay and lousy benefits, while the stock price is north of 300 , and the Jew Founders live like Kings could only dream of. They hire third world shit skins that will work foe peanuts cuz they get gibs. Fuck them , they brought it on themselves. They can fire you at the drop of a hat. With a union you at least have to have just cause.
Unions are a way to put people on the payroll who have never worked a day in their lives. FUCK a union... Last one I was a member of closed down so many union halls I was having to drive across a state line for work or a meeting... 190 miles to get to work, my ass.
No way to quantify the tale without doxxing myself, so it's no skin off my nose if you don't believe it but I assure you I'm neither lying nor fucking.
Are you skilled labor? Do you, as part of your job, perform work that requires a skill or talent that can't be found at a day labor parking lot or unemployment office? Does your skill or talent require 2 or more years schooling, or an apprenticeship, to become proficient?
As a 20 year successful small business owner, I gotta say that if you work for a large company (and you should unless you are doing your own thing), get a fucking union. Contact a decent union before you show your cards to anyone, especially the employers, for a road map on how to get there. Sorry, but my employees always loved me too much to want a union, which is nice to hear from them, and I had the best employees ever - so lucky. Good luck on your quest brother.
Trades have unions because it's difficult to exploit skilled labor if they stick together and demand fair wages, benefits, and retirement.
Government employees have unions as a way for leftists to exert undue political pressure on candidates and force government policy changes that would never pass, otherwise.
No and low skilled workers have unions because the Department of Labor needs to pad their numbers and budget keeping track of a ridiculous number of people and their work.
You'll usually find that in states that are "closed shop", meaning that to be in a certain trade in that state, you have to be union. I oppose this, too. Here in Texas, you have a right to work, and non-union companies compete with union companies, best company wins. It's almost always union companies doing the bigger jobs and non-union companies getting sued for non-performance.
Union organizers need progressively escalating levels of fire. The initial level of 'fire' would be terminating their employment. If the linguistic variation of 'fire' effected the cure, it could end there.

But it’s illegal not to be communist now. There is no red scare anymore. Everyone who tried to fight back was killed.
By… communists. Jews profiteered, and then other jews told the goyim to rise up by “economic class.”
Except when you correct for literally everything else in the economy, down to monetary policy, you don’t see a correlation.
They are when they do whatever the government says.
Not from my experience with public unions…
Or… do, in some cases.
Fucking lol, what were “the people” going to do, exactly?
