I only had one blow up in my hands ever as a kid (and a Lady Finger, not even a bigger Black Cat). Still made my fingers numb for a while. We would light and throw them all the time.

Worked with a guy years ago who fucked up his hand with fireworks. He had all his fingers and his hand still "worked" but his hand look all kind of fucked up.

My 2nd cousin Ricky lost a finger if I remember correctly. I was never a fireworks guy. Found the thrill of them infantile and stupid. Like drinking and smoking weed. Low IQ nigger activity.
