The biggest, most oversold misconception about prison is that child molesters always have a horrible time. They often do get beat up and packed up, but eventually they settle in. Out of all the child molesters I have seen released from prison, I have never seen one with a scarred up face. Not even missing teeth. If I had to guess, I would say only like 1 in 30 or 40 of these guys ever meet any real harm or dastardly fate.
This idea of a chivalrous, morally sound convict is movie stuff. 99% of the prison population is niggers, spics and White trash and probably 2/3rds of these already shitty people are getting high. It is more important for a drug-addled sociopath in prison to be able to get high than to defend the honor of some women or kids they don't know. Assaulting or stabbing someone for pedophilia is usually just the noble excuse used to extort a weaker inmate. Most of these pedo justice stories are lies and bullshit being sold to the general public for your consumption in an attempt to humanize a bunch of sociopaths.
