When the fuck did the new generation get so hpyer entitled and become such assholes?

Some backstory, an employee decided to get piss drunk (multiple times), cold called a bunch of employees, insulted the shit out of them, swore at them, and tried to sleep with one of those employees. He got fired after the 500th time of doing this shit.

In response this guy is now suing the company for discrimination ... The company in this case didn't do anything wrong. If anything the company went above and beyond to protect him at all costs, multiple times. But there's this mentality in the newer generation that consequences dont matter, that if someone slights you you have full permission to destroy that person's life, its an entire generation that has been brought up to use jewish tactics against others.

So now a company that tried its hardest to protect an ex employee from his own retarded behavior, is being sued for discriminating against him. Because we live in fucking clown world.

I just dont get it, he was 100% in the wrong, and his behavior was bordering on criminal charges. And yet, hes deluded enough to think he was in the right. Like WTF?!

The legal system has gone off the rails, so there's a non-zero chance he wins. And for that kind of person, what does he really lose if he loses? I'm assuming he hasn't personally dumped 10s of thousands into the pockets of a hot shit attorney.

The typical response is for a company to settle for @$10,000- $20,000 and everyone knows this. Usually this is because they are covered by insurance and the insurance douchbags settle rather than face a million dollar plus settlement. You, or me, as the insured agree that insuance has full legal control, you agreed to it when you bought insurance. They are doing it to themselves by giving jagoffs like this a single undeserved nickel.

I would not have insurance coverage for this, and would let the kids attorney know immediatly that I will never never NEVER NEVER settle. And I will countersueing the litagating oppostion attorney as well. Then work on sueing the POS mutt. Will it cost more than $20,000 ? Of course it would. But it only cost you one time. The next jagoff that has an attorney evaluate sueing you (or me) will look at this pain you caused out and fear your righteous response to them and back right out of a shit case.
