It's true my average hot sauce bottle is 5 oz, but that won't be the largest one. I've thought of making sauce with my peppers, but I mainly just pick them fresh and add directly. The rest I dry and powder. Anyway, it's good to support good people. \o

I appreciate the support! I bet you'll enjoy the sauce! it's very, very hot, but there's a nice flavor to it once you get through the burn. The only problem with the giant bottle is that it doesn't have a dropper-top, so you need to be careful pouring.

I've been booted from several - paypal, stripe, square, venmo, godaddy's processor - in fact the reason the new version of the site is so shitty is because I had to rebuild from scratch in december after paypal cut me off - they were the last of the viable processors to work with the software on my old (better) site. I now use a dissident processor - Authorize.net

The sauces have really taken over as the main brand driver - chips of course are a big seller, especially now that they're lard-fried and available in big bags. the hot nuts and trail mix are selling well now too. it's almost a viable brand now - I think the racist and anti-semitic sauce labels help.

All you have to do is see the cultures that eat food with a lot of heat and see what they have accomplished and contrast it to civilisations that season their food without heat.

I think there are probably positive health effects, but I mainly like the stimulation of capsaicin. I liked hot chinese mustard, and the way it would make your head practically explode. Then around 25 years ago I ate my first gateway jalapeno. Next thing you know I growing hot peppers you can't buy in stores, and am heavily addicted now.

Even if it needs a little bit of work it's miles better than the horrid shit you see on many other places. Whole-page moving ads for products you don't care about, no indication of what the strange emoticons mean when you try to navigate, and all the other bullshit.

Peppercave just needs a few indicators on how to move around the site like shading or underlined links, maybe some infographic(WTF is an SHU?) here and there, making the image/site dimensions more palatable to the human eye, maybe some funny links from the names(ballpoint fran and whatnot), and so forth.
