ATF "Filters-Are-Suppressors" Charges: Federal Air Marshal Jailed in Miami Facility

Part of Operation Silent Night, this man with a wife and children had his homestead farm raided by the ATF over some Chinese filters he purchased online.

His lawyer was incompetent and represented him poorly. The ATF was able to frame things in such a way that the jury found him guilty.

End the Fed, abolish the ATF.

And this from a Federal employee.

“They were excited because I own my house,” he said.

Schieferle lost his Top-Secret security clearance once he was indicted, so he had to retire as an Air Marshal. He had to pay his personal attorney $25,000 to handle the indictment and another $25,000 if they went to trial. Expert witnesses were $30,000 each.

He literally paid $50k to turn himself over as a ward of the court.

Remember that one next time someone says 'lawyer up'.
