Why would they need to hold it? And you really think about it it's kind of amazing that humans evolved a way to hold it? I guess mammals evolved away to hold it because predators could track them by their pee. Otherwise long before politeness came about for some reason humans evolved and mammals evolved a way to hold it. I don't think fish need to hold it
