During my time in Scotland, I had a chance to explore several food items.
Their food isn’t spicy, their spiciest food is mild at best.
They have Hagas in a can.
The fast food doesn’t taste as good. Textures are off and it doesn’t give you the normal brain fog the next day. Simply because those additives are illegal.
Cola and Irn Bru use sugar instead of corn syrup. Same for breakfast cereal.
Whipped Cream is labeled as Squirty Cream.
Eggs aren’t refrigerated.
You can find deep-fried battered Snickers bars called Stoners.
There is no market for hotdogs but you can find Frankfurters in the grocery store.
Edinburgh literally smells like dogfood from the malt roasting in the distilleries. It is a distinctive grainy malt smell that blankets the entire city.
They can’t afford to fuel an American car due to taxes and their roads are too narrow. They consume a huge amount of American media though and follow American politics.
USA won't be able to sell a single car within the European Union because emissions regulation (to say the least; expect over 9000 minor regulations to observe on top of that). Ford sells cars in UK at least, but again, most other cars won't meet regulations.
Beer and cheese, no chance; Europe generally (not just EU) has superior product, English cheese and traditional ale especially.
There are a few USA wines around, generally FL and CA if memory serves, they're just in a saturated market alongside product from Australia, South Africa and elsewhere. Spain and France also produce a lot of wine more locally, and in fact the EU has a "wine lake" problem due to its Common Agricultural Policy to continue buying it.
Feel free to join everyone else in mocking the French wine market for renaming "vin de table" to "vin de France".
The real question is why the hell do Americans buy American food since it's full of poisons and GMOs that the FDA approved on behalf of the big corporations whose intent is to maximize their profit but even more sinister is there intent to actually poison the American people because they usually have cross ownership of stocks in health quote healthcare hospitals which deal with the problems caused by the food poisoning us

If you could buy their food for the same price, you would.

You have to label the product clearly - to be containing GMO. This means more than just on the ingredients.
Amazingly, when given the choice, no one buys it. It sat on the shelf, went off, shops didn't reorder.
It has snuck in, on things like ultra cheap ready meals aimed at morons.
