Its not really hard. Lawyers are pro-bureacratic socialists by default. Its always in their personal interest to increase the power of the bureacratic elites at the expense of the productive portion of society. Its only outliers that interpret the law conservatively, regardless of their nominal political allegiances.,

“Muh democracy” except when its convenient to legislate from the bench. Progressive judges dont even try to interpret the constitution any more and they admit it.
