Public Restrooms - Upgoat - "where a goat can be a goat"

I've only ever used the word in one context: Had a bad mutt that came from an abusive home, and when she cowered she would piss on the spot. The problem got better but never fully went away. It eventually became only a few drops at a time, so the term "piddle" felt accurate. Never could get myself to like that dog, and she lived twice as long as my best ones. Lucky me.

Well if its a public restroom you don't want to touch anything, just try not to spray the walls. After being a janitor for a few months prior to 2000, the woman's bathroom was always the worst.
