That is true. There is an enormous amount of required walking, due to resuppling groceries, which are often bought almost daily because of no or few preservatives. The parking is horrendous and few parking places are around. All walking is done on cobblestone streets, unless there are sidewalks. Bicycles are also a big thing, despite the traffic. Other reasons to are that healthcare is easily available and ultra-cheap compared to the USA.

The doctors are usually local, and in some places can be visited locally or even come to your house. The doctors and hospitals are not money-grabber jew types like we have here, and do it because they care for the patients, not because they are out to become immensly rich. The staffs are professionals, and not so much beaurecratic pill-pushing paper shufflers for jew insurance companies and their conglomerate hospitals.

Also because of food. Nobody buys junk food, like ready to eat meals. We have taverns where food is fresh and healthy, and is cheaper than junk food in supermarkets.
