"Bad" cholesterol is LDL. And LDL levels do NOT cause diabetes. Diabetes is a disease where the body develops a resistance to insulin - which has zero causes from cholesterol.
Read the link. Diabetes can affect cholesterol, but cholesterol does not cause diabetes.

Cholesterol does not cause diabetes, poor diet does, which causes the body to produce greater insulin resistance.
But diabetes does have an affect on LDL levels, as discussed here:

Prove your claim. There is ZERO literature that says cholesterol CAUSES diabetes.
There are MILLIONS of people with high "bad" cholesterol and even on statins to lower cholesterol that do NOT have diabetes.
Why would that be if cholesterol CAUSES diabetes?
