The only true concern for red meat and meat is the accumulation of iron over time.

A simple blood iron panel will give ferritin levels. The solution is simply to donate blood or have phlebotomy done.

Looks delicious. Good job Ice. I moved recently and decided to chunk and replace my old grill. Any suggestions? I might make the move over to a smoker. Weber has a nice one. I love smoked everything.

I have an electric smoker, the cabinet kind. My grill is a cheap one from Home Depot. Dyna Glo I think. One day Iā€™ll get a good one. I donā€™t use the smoker much anymore.
