I predicted this shit when it first started, that unless they created a "trans-only" category, women would eventually be erased from all "Women's" competition, with the gold, silver and bronze always being won by men.

The answer is for the women to refuse to participate in this charade entirely.
All their participation does is to provide the illusion of their stamp of of approval to this farce.
